Estacada House

This two-story home is incorporated into the terrain of its site. It was designed to replace an outdated existing residence. It offers unique features such as a dining room library that leads into a living room with gorgeous views of the site. To take full advantage of the beautiful site, three patio spaces face north and east.

  • Location: Estacada, OR

The new home will be built in two parts with the main living spaces built first and the garage and office to be added after the original home is demolished.

We made sure to incorporate fire safety and sustainable elements like SIPS panels.

  • DESIGN TEAM: Richard Brown AIA, Hope Telford AIA, Adam Sabella, Jason Didion, Jennifer Wright AIA, Trinity Dion AIA
