RB/A worked closely with a repeat client to convert a brownfield into a 7,800 SF commercial building with four commercial spaces, each with a mezzanine. We also took advantage of the sloping site, and maximized street frontage, with saw-tooth windows for each space. Daylighting and a high-performance envelope reduce energy costs, while large windows maximize exposure to motorists as well as pedestrians. Outdoor seating helps animate this neighborhood hub.
