Halyard Building

This flex-use industrial building for the Port of Hood River occupies a prominent position across from the city’s new Columbia River Waterfront Park. Flexibility, sustainability, and addressing increased pedestrian activity along the waterfront were key design considerations. The 20,000 SF building can accommodate one to four tenants and includes a mezzanine overlooking the river.

Sustainable design features in this LEED Silver building include an 85 Kw PV panel capacity, 40 foot candle daylighting, natural ventilation, high-performance mechanical systems, and a cistern to harvest rainwater for irrigation.
