Halyard Building

This flex-use, LEED Silver industrial building for the Port of Hood River occupies a prominent position across from the city’s new Columbia River Waterfront Park. Flexibility, sustainability, and addressing increased pedestrian activity along the waterfront were key design decisions.

  • Location: Hood River, Oregon

    Size: 20,000 SF

    The building can accommodate one to four tenants and includes a mezzanine overlooking the river.

    Sustainable design features in this LEED Silver building include an 85 kw PV panel capacity, 40-foot candle daylighting, natural ventilation, high performance mechanical systems, and a cistern to harvest rainwater for irrigation.
